		<description>Ah, good info. Ya, Codeen servers are abundant on the public lists...When I filter my proxies, I find that about 75% of them are Codeen/PlanetLab proxies.  What sucks is that the only way that I have found to test whether they are Codeen or not is to send a POST request to a site through the proxy.  Thats usually the only way Codeen proxies identify themselves as such.  You know of a better way of doing this?</description>

I'm not filtering Codeen servers, but I think I will do it.
